Stronghart (by McMullens) - 7% ABV
- Hops: Cascade (USA), Crystal (USA), Dana (Slovenia), Perle (Germany).
- Malts: Pilsner Malt and CaraGold.
- Colour: Light Gold, Straw. Lemon and lime zest, elderflower, white pepper, floral, cut grass.
- Nose: Citrus fruits, particularly orange.
- Taste: Herbal and grassy with a pleasant, lingering bitterness and dryness – typical of its type
IPA (by Rivertown) - 5.6% ABV
- Hops: Summit (US), Celeia (Slovenia), Fuggle (UK), Mosaic (US), Rakau (NZ)
- Malts: Pale Malt, Light Crystal Malt
- Colour: Golden
- Nose: Passionfruit, mango, grapefruit
- Taste: Sweet and bitter – with lots of tropical fruit and rounded bitterness from the hops. Lingering juicy taste which hides the high ABV% - very moreish.
Pale Ale (by Rivertown) - 4.8% ABV
- Hops: Mount Hood and Cascade from the USA and Dana from Slovenia. Summit is added to the Premium version
- Malts: Pale Ale, dark and light Crystal malts
- Colour: Light amber
- Nose: Toffee caramel notes with hints of citrus
- Taste: An American styled Pale Ale, cold and crisp, full flavoured but well balanced (think Sierra Nevada)
Stronghart (by McMullens) - 7% ABV
- Hops: WGV, Fuggles
- Malts: Pale malt, crystal malt, chocolate malt
- Colour: Dark Ruby
- Nose: Roasted malt, chocolate and coffee
- Taste: Liquid Christmas pudding, rich, strong, sweet and bitter.
