Heavy dry-hop to increase aroma. New yeast variety to differentiate from GK beers and give it a ‘modern’ flavour. Unfiltered to preserve flavours and aromas. Hops to balance citrus and fruit aromas: Centennial, Galaxy and Mosaic Allergens: Wheat and Barley. Balance between citrus (grapefruit), herbal and tropical aromas. Pithy aftertaste. Light in body and slightly dry. Medium bitterness. Golden straw-like colour.
Flint Eye - 4.5% ABV
Dry-Hopped Lager. First lager Greene King has made. Lager malts adapted to British brewing. Lager yeast fermented colder and for longer to develop delicate balance flavours. Lager hops (Saaz and Mandarina Bavaria) make the beer more enticing and complex compared to other lagers brands. Beer is filtered to make it crisp and bright. Allergens: Wheat . Crisp, sharp and balanced beer. Slightly malty, earthy and hoppy. Low bitterness. Low in body, dry finish and quick aftertaste. Very pale in colour.
